Role Overview:

As the Operations Director, you will hold a central position in steering the operational excellence of the company's renewable energy projects across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Oversee the operational aspects of utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the organization, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, finance, and business development, to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
