The Client
My client are an international project owner provider and specialist in offshore wind energy projects. They are seeking an experienced MV/HV Electrical Engineer to work on their portfolio of international projects
The Role
Electrical Engineer - Offshore Wind Projects
As the Offshore Wind Electrical Engineer Offshore you will take on the following tasks:
• Responsibility for the feasibility and planning of the electrical components of the transformer platform and the high and medium voltage distribution for the offshore wind farm.
• You will also offer support within the field of inter-array and subsea cabling to assist with network calculations.
• You will also provide support to the OEM with the design, installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
• You will plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the project, providing partners and colleagues technical support for all electrical engineering issues.
Your profile
You must have a degree in electrical engineering and experience in electrical systems for wind generation, including HV & MV, and protection technology.
You will have extensive professional experience within the electrical engineering of offshore wind projects (ideally in the field of wind energy).
You MUST be able to speak German at a professional level
