​The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Offshore Structural Engineering Manager working on ongoing offshore wind farm projects.

In this role, your primary task is to oversee the engineering interfaces between the main packages: Foundation, Cable, and Turbine. Your focus will be on foundation engineering and installation works, including dredging for monopile installation preparation, scour protection design and installation, monopile and transition piece installation, as well as associated survey and measurement works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment and clarity of engineering works and interfaces.

• Make engineering decisions and devise new solutions for emerging engineering challenges.

• Collaborate with package managers and engineers within the project.

• Be part of the EPC leadership team, reporting to the EPC Director and EPC Deputy Director.

• Contribute to setting up future technical standards for my client, particularly in foundation design and construction standards.

• Contribute to the growing pipeline and portfolio of offshore wind farm projects globally.

Your Profile:

• Successful completion of an engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering, naval architecture, or mechanical engineering.

• Proven experience in engineering tasks for offshore wind farm construction projects.

• Passion for engineering tasks and a track record in support structure design and/or management for offshore wind farms.

• Enjoy working in an international team with a team-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel, and possess intercultural skills.
