Summary:

Our client, a leading international solar company are currently recruiting for an Site Manager whose job it will be to launch our client’s Operations and Maintenance activity on a specific utility scale solar PV site in Australia.

This role requires a Site Manager professional who has experience in managing multifaceted internal and external teams. The successful candidate will have the following abilities:

• Ability to implement O&M activity and manage the execution of O&M contracts
• Management of internal and external stakeholderd
• Manage budget and P&L of projects
• Recruit new members of staff and manage current personnel and subcontractors  
• Select new business partners
• H&S, environment and Quality management
• Reporting of activities to site owners and managing the site’s performance
• Scope out new market opportunities in Australia

The Site Manager will have experience in the following areas:

• O&M experience of solar farms – minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Engineering qualifications preferred
• Experience of permits and licence management
• Experience in management of P&L and budget
• Experience in reporting of O&M activities
• H&S, Quality and Environmental experience
• Personnel and subcontractor’s selection experience
