The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to be partnered with one of the leading, EV Charging infrastructure businesses in the UK – Boasting an already, impressive portfolio of Commercial EV Charge points stationed in some of the most premium locations across the UK.
As part of their success to date, the business seeks a Network Operations Coordinator, who will be joining the existing Network Operations team and work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational & communicative skills and be driven to succeed.
Management of the shared Operations inbox and distribution of relevant correspondence.
Maintain the CRM and company databases (salesforce, Jira and have our own Back Office and training will be provided) in line with the company processes.
Liaising with internal stakeholders and service partners to provide clarity to the team.
Confident contacting third parties to resolve general queries and issues surrounding our chargers/sites over email
Use different systems to ensure efficient coordination of all third parties.
Communicate quickly and efficiently with internal stakeholders
Support the Network Operations team with day-to-day administration duties and generating reports.
Confident using spreadsheets to manage stock levels and re-order when minimum levels are reached
Good organizational and administration skills and ability to prioritize workload based on business-critical needs.
Work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Must be confident talking to people on the phone
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality, with a high level of empathy for the customer
