The Green Recruitment Company are working with one of the leading international energy consultancy firms based in West London, UK. With over 25 years’ experience their mission is to provide a comprehensive range of consultancy services that support clients in managing their energy strategy.
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the delivery of utility new connections, services disconnections and diversions projects
- Providing support services to sales team
Accountability/Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and utilities to ensure cost-effective connections and resolutions
- Data entry and maintenance of project databases
- Reviewing quotations and invoicing
- Issuing customer fee proposals
- Managing commercial relationships and providing care to existing large and multi-site clients
Personal Specification
Skills (i.e. communication / problem solving / autonomy/ analytical / meet deadlines)
- Ability to efficiently prioritise workload and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good numeric skills with an eye for detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Project management
Knowledge (experience, qualifications, IT Literacy / packages, commercial awareness)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the energy industry (ESSENTIAL)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in B2B customer service
- Track record of managing pricing cost components and pricing models
