The business seeks an M&A Manager to join their fast-growing and innovative team in Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the company’s M&A strategy within the renewable energy sector, identifying key growth opportunities, targets, and potential partnerships

• Lead negotiations on deal terms, pricing, and contractual agreements

• Develop and execute deal structures that align with the company’s strategic goals

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry peers, potential partners, and financial institutions to expand the company’s network and sourcing capabilities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, joint venture opportunities, or investment prospects

• Lead due diligence processes, including legal, financial, technical, and environmental assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).

• At least 4 + years of experience in renewable energy M&A, project development, or investment.

• Proven experience in deal structuring, execution, and integration.

• Fluent in English and ideally another European language
