Design, analyse, and optimize mechanical systems within power generation facilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical failures and devise corrective actions.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in power generation mechanical engineering.
Ensure compliance with UK standards and regulations pertaining to mechanical systems and safety.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Solid experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the power generation sector.
Strong analytical skills coupled with hands-on technical expertise.
Familiarity with UK engineering and safety standards.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
