Job description

The Role:

  • Revise and enhance financial models related to deals.

  • Collect up-to-date commercial assumptions by engaging in discussions with internal and external stakeholders such as investors and market analysts.

  • Update and improve valuation tools.

  • Prepare documentation for deals, including target lists of potential investors, teasers, information memorandum, and virtual data room setup.

  • Manage due diligence processes, including kick-off, coordination, and Q&A sessions, involving legal, technical, and financial advisors.

  • Assist in structuring transaction documents and negotiations.

  • Contribute to related projects such as strategic corporate M&A initiatives.

  • Provide hands-on support to the team in daily tasks and investor relations.

The Individuum:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.

  • Possess at least one year of working experience in a transactions/finance department of a project developer, independent power producer, investment firm, bank, consultancy, or similar, preferably with a focus on renewable energy topics.

  • Thrive in fast-paced and demanding transaction environments.

  • Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to effectively navigate complex work environments and work independently.

  • Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude, with the ability to network easily with diverse stakeholders.

  • Approach tasks with a goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
