Our client is one of world’s leading large-scale scientific & PV manufacturing company. They are looking for the Legal Supervisor / Manager to be based in Fukuoka or Tokyo.

The Responsibilities of the Role

• Review all kinds of contracts, including merger and acquisition agreements, project sales agreements, construction contracts, sales contracts, etc.

• Participate in the evaluation of photovoltaic power station projects.

• Responsible for communicating with external lawyers and dealing with relevant legal affairs, including dispute resolution, due diligence, etc.

• Provided legal advice and support for the daily business of the company, engage legal training and other work.

• Other tasks given by leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law.

• Good in speaking and writing in Chinese and Japanese or Chinese and English

• At least 3 years working experience related to law, preferably in new energy industry or construction engineering.

• Passed the Japanese judicial examination are preferred. (Huge plus).
