​Our client who has renewable energy projects across Europe within Solar, Wind and Battery Storage are looking for a Legal Manager who will report directly into the Managing Director.

There is an opportunity to have your own legal team in the years to come following growth within the company. They are committed to the renewable energy revolution developing innovative projects contributing to reducing carbon emission, globally.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate legal documents to secure land for development projects;

• Draft Heads of Term, options, leases, easements, and wayleaves agreements;

• Coordinate with the UK development team and group legal team in Milan;

• Support legal negotiation and draft of any other legal act in cooperation with the UK development team.

Your Experience:

• A UK Qualified solicitor

• 2+ years’ Post-qualification experience at a law firm, energy company, consultant, or developer;

• Experience with land agreements for UK energy projects.

• Target-oriented, available to work in a team;

• Fluent language proficiency in English. Any other language is a plus.
