​The Green Recruitment Company is searching for a Legal Counsel project to join a leading European renewable IPP. The client's highly motivated and qualified team develops a large and well-advanced pipeline of solar, wind and battery storage projects. They are leading the land acquisition and licensing procedure, while closely cooperating with their construction and finance teams for the projects' implementation and sale.

Responsibilities:

• Provide adviceon all Real Estate legal matters in the Business Development activity.

• Draft and negotiate the finance and construction agreements.

• Continuous review of land related contracts.

• Design potential contingent actions to prevent problems.

• Prevention of legal disputes, advice of the business team and senior management in all legal aspects

• Steering of external legal counsels as well as acting as interface between external legal counsels and the business team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law is compulsory.

• More than 2 years of experience in a law firm or energy related company.

• Fluent English.

• Excellent skills in communicating with diverse shareholders and project management

• Willing to travel frequently around Spain.
