​Legal Counsel

Location: Taipei

Salary: TBC

TGRC are pleased to be working with a preeminent company who develops and invests renewable energy assets across Asia. They are now looking for a talented Legal Counsel to help the company making decisions in regards to investment, evaluate and analyse target project from legal perspective.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate into investment negotiation, responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction relevant documents.

• In charge of collecting laws, regulations and policies related to (foreign) investment and, and responsible for legal training.

• Take part in the management of invested projects on legal issues

• Other work assigned by the company and/or superior.
  

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with clean energy/renewable energy/infrastructure industries

• 7 years + working experience in international companies or renowned law firms.

• English as working language, strong independent working ability.

• Experience in infrastructure and/or energy investment projects.

• Proficient in foreign investment law and regulations in Taiwan.
