​Title: Law Clerk - German

Location: Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area (On-site)

The Green Recruitment Company is partnered with a leading boutique law firm specialised in energy in their search of a Law Clerk who speaks fluent German.

The company has offices in Madrid and Barcelona and the role will suit someone to whom client networking and the promotion and development of our practice, and the firm more broadly, comes naturally.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on energy & infrastructure finance on both brownfield and greenfield financings.

• Provide support in the legal advisory of EPC and O&M contracts.

• Advise international developers, IPPs, utilities and EPC contractors in the national and international transactions.

• Assessment of corporate, construction, disputes, regulatory, planning and real estate issues

• The work spans all stages of the project lifecycle including bid submission, finance, construction, operation, refinancing, hand-back and repowering.

• Work on a wide range of energy & infrastructure matters and the candidate will need to have the ability and desire to turn their hand to a range of work across different sectors.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in legal or paralegal experience.

• Fluent German.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
