​TGRC has partnered with a leading IPP to seek an experienced Land Scouting profile with more than 2 years of experience in the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential new land sites.

• Negotiate with land owners rental or acquisition contracts.

• Assess the feasibility of certain land characteristics, evaluation size, potential capacity, condition of energy infrastructure).

• Communicate with land owners and local authorities.

• Negotiate joint venture opportunities to acquire new sites and build client relationships.

Qualifications:

• A University degree is compulsory.

• Knowledge of the last legislation updates in the area.

• Availability and willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.

• Experience working with remote teams and in cross-cultural environments.

• Proven experience in business development and building client relationships.
