The Account Manager will be playing a key role in developing relationships with a portfolio of clients within flexibility marketplace & to support clients in the UK and Ireland.
Day-to-day account management and ownership of our utility client relationships to ensure delivery in line with expectations and agreed service levels
Engagement with their Flex Service Provider (FSP) ecosystem, including recruiting, onboarding and supporting them to drive liquidity in your clients’ market.
Understanding of their clients’ operational and/or regulatory priorities and its impact on their expectations on the value Piclo should deliver.
Development of trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders based on honesty, commitment to service delivery and demonstrable track record.
Own the request / release feedback loop between client, internal product teams and customer support
Manage the interface with our internal teams across sales, marketing, delivery & policy to direct specialised resources or capabilities to serve your clients’ needs.
You have 5-7 years relevant professional experience working in the energy sector and have a broad operational knowledge of flexibility.
You have a background in account management and understand what it takes to serve clients, grow relationships and deliver value
You are an incredibly motivated and organised person.
You enjoy the process of prioritising work and setting timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You are an excellent communicator who can build relationships with teammates from different disciplines, making sure that everyone is clear about what’s required of them.
You have an entrepreneurial attitude and demonstrate an ability to work independently. You are resourceful, resilient, and flexible.
You are based in the UK or Ireland and are willing to travel periodically for customer meetings or business development opportunities You’re fluent in English, even if it’s not your first language.
