THE OPPORTUNITY: 

The Green Recruitment Company are partnered with a district heating energy supplier based in Northern Italy who are looking for a Junior Structured Finance Analyst. 

THE ROLE: 

• Assisting on financial modelling of project finance transactions for the firms' acquisitions and development projects 
• Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to manage relations with external advisors such as law firms and tax advisors 
• Supporting in the structuring of assets, securities and SPVs to attract capital. 
• Prepare evaluation and feasability studies for future projects including developing financial hypotheses to calculate profitability

THE INDIVIDUAL: 

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• Strong financial modelling experience from a previous work placement or internship 
• Renewables' experience is desirable 
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets and asset performance/optimisation
