​TGRC are working with a leading UK based utilities provider, backed by one of the largest Infrastructure Asset Managers globally. This role would be reporting into the Legal Entity Controller, taking responsibility for any communications with the primary shareholder, financial reporting for their Legal Entities, analysis of financial performance including presenting to senior leadership, and forecasting. This role is paying up to £65k + profit shares and the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE.

Responsibilities:

• Review of the financial performance of the entities, including presentation of results to Senior Members within the business (and to primary shareholder)

• Develop a strong business understanding and use it to provide context to accounting and financial matters

• Review and forecasting of all Shareholder related regulatory costs and reporting requirements

• IFRS based financial reporting for the Legal Entities: preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting them with well-developed analytical reviews

Skills required:

• Confident communicator to deal with stakeholders both internal and external

• Proactive individual who will contribute to the continued improvement of procedures

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years PQE

• Experience in Banking/Financial services is desirable

• Experience in the Energy/Infrastructure sector is desirable
