IT Support Analyst, London
Summary:
Due to an exciting time of company growth we are currently in search of a personable, pro-active, problem solving IT Analyst to join us in London HQ.
Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for 1st line software and hardware technical support for office and remote workers
- Liaison with 3rd party suppliers for all global offices
- Global Active Directory and Exchange management
- Assisting with setting up of new employee equipment and desk moves
- Assisting with on-going projects as and when – Power BI/ Dynamics/ Data Visualization
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a technology support role within a corporate environment
- Experience with user management, remote desktop, roaming profiles, and domain joining
- Knowledge of Power BI is a big advantage but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Articulate communicator
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work under pressure
