This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead the company's intellectual property strategy and ensure the protection of its innovations on a global scale. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a robust background in manufacturing and deep knowledge of IP best practices in China and major global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• IP Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive intellectual property strategies to protect the company's innovations and competitive advantage.

• Patent Management: Oversee the filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patents and trademarks in key markets.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations in China and other major markets.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential IP risks, including infringement and misappropriation issues.

• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, legal, and business development teams to align IP strategies with business objectives.

• Education & Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on IP best practices and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with significant experience in intellectual property management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., JD, LLM) or certifications in IP law are a plus.

• Skills: Strong understanding of IP laws in China and major global markets, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar panel or renewable energy sector is preferred.
