​Job title: Investment/Commercial Manager

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

TGRC is currently looking for an Investment/Commercial Manager to join a subsidiary of an international Utility that is one of the top 5 largest in Europe.

The client develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable projects. In addition, they are looking to expand their international team the majority work remotely (UK/EU time zone).

The role:

• Prepare, execute and steer due diligence processes for investment opportunities

• Work with the BD team to identify investment/origination opportunities

• Crucial input for the valuation of investment opportunities and investment decisions.

• In addition, support/Lead M&A and structuring activities globally

• Support/Lead the bidding process

• Support/Lead the negotiation of partnership documentation; Joint Bidding Agreements, Joint development Agreements etc.

• Collaborate with other entities' departments to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

• Experience in M&A, JV agreements

• Understanding of debt structuring

• Happy to travel 4 x per year to European off-sites with the team
