Summary:

An international renewable investment fund is seeking an Investment Associate on a short-term contract (approx. 3-6 months) to assist with their growing portfolio of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who has experience in the Australian renewable energy sector to provide their expertise to significant utility scale renewable energy projects in Australia

Your responsibilities:

• Provide Support services to the senior team members in deal execution, including assisting with due diligence and the preparation of investment papers
• Providing support in the reviewal of investment opportunities across the Australian renewable sector
• Providing support on fundraising activities and in the research of new investment strategies
• Financial model management

Skills, qualifications and experience required from you:

• Finance / Economics degree (or equivalent) required
• 4+ years investment experience in consultancy, investment banking, project finance or equity investment
• Proven experience in deal execution in the Australian renewable energy sector
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Stakeholder engagement skills
• Good communicator (written and Verbal)
• Eligibility to live and work in Australia
