Job description

Do you want to work in International Project Management in a global consultancy providing energy data, procurement, risk and emissions management solutions? This independent consultancy is dedicated to helping commercial and industrial organizations transform their energy management and sustainability processes. You will be reporting to the company’s senior management and work alongside other IPM team members located across Europe and the U.S.


The Role:

  • Be responsible for global coordination of services to the company’s largest international clients this is the role for you

  • Responsible for managing a select group of international client engagements that require specific support and coordination of portfolios that cover up to 40 countries

  • Coordinate the weekly activities of a team of energy consultants based in the company’s offices located across North America, Europe, and Australia

  • The direct point of contact for the client.

  • Take the lead in delivering monthly presentations and updates to the client and assigning work to appropriate team members within the company to ensure timely delivery of project work


The Individual:

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence delivering presentations to senior stakeholders

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to undertake wide range of administrative tasks

  • Background in project management, coordination, and client service delivery 

  • Ability to work strategically to develop and expand client engagements

  • Knowledge and experience in energy industry and/or energy consultancy 

  • Experience in working with all levels of clients / client stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • English language required
