Installation Supervisor – Onshore Wind Projects

Location: Gangwon, South Korea
Contract Duration: 12 months
Hourly Rate: $55-70 USD

The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to represent a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm specializing in Onshore Wind Projects. We are actively seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to lead project execution in Gangwon, South Korea.

Role Overview: The Installation Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing the installation phase of cutting-edge onshore wind projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, robust project management skills, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the installation of onshore wind turbines and associated infrastructure.

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Manage and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

• Address technical challenges promptly and provide expert solutions to maintain project schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing installation phases of large-scale onshore wind projects or similar industrial sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems involved in wind energy installations.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Korean would be advantageous.

• Relevant engineering, technical, or project management qualifications.
