We are currently working on behalf of a prominent Renewable Energy Developer who is seeking an experienced Installation Lead to join their team in London.

Role Overview: As an Installation Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the installation process of Onshore Wind projects. This exciting opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, working on projects that will contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the installation of Onshore Wind turbines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage the scheduling and deployment of resources, equipment, and personnel for installation activities.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Implement best practices and innovative techniques to optimize installation processes and enhance project performance.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Installation Lead in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on Onshore Wind projects.

• Strong knowledge of Onshore Wind turbine installation processes and safety protocols.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate the installation team.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

Location: London

Contract Duration: 12-18 months

Hourly Rate: £55-£65 per hour
