Innovation & Growth Manager

Location: NY/CT

Salary: $100,000-$120,000

The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered with an exciting Cleantech innovator, at the forefront of decarbonization. The business have an innovative product suite of solutions linked to making energy networks smarter & more flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with utility customers in new regions, managing project implementation, and developing relationships with key internal contacts.

  • Coordinating project delivery with external stakeholders based on set milestones, customer expectations, and resources available.

  • Business development in terms of identifying and qualifying innovation funding opportunities at federal & state levels, and with individual customers for the company to pursue.

  • Supporting preparation of presentations & materials for sales efforts.

  • Facilitating sharing of information and deliverable development with your team.

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (sales, consulting, project management), with at least 3 years in the energy and/or DER sector.

  • Previous experience in proposal development, stakeholder management, and innovation project management (inc. data reporting & budget tracking)

  • Confident and adept in communicating & collaborating with external clients (inc. reports & presentations).

  • Incredibly motivated & organised, with the ability to prioritise work & set timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent English language skills.
