Job description

​The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Sales role to join our Customer Services/Telemarketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule on-site visits.

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services in the renewable sector.

  • Maintain and update the potential customer database.

  • Schedule and coordinate visits with the sales team.

  • Meet monthly targets and goals for scheduling visits.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing questions and concerns.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the renewable sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with strong time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM and call management tools.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
