Job description
The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Sales role to join our Customer Services/Telemarketing team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule on-site visits.
Provide detailed information about our products and services in the renewable sector.
Maintain and update the potential customer database.
Schedule and coordinate visits with the sales team.
Meet monthly targets and goals for scheduling visits.
Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing questions and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the renewable sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with strong time management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and call management tools.
Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
