HSE Manager – Onshore Wind Projects
Location: Samarqand Region, Uzbekistan
Position: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSE Manager to oversee the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our onshore wind and T&D projects in the Samarqand Region. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, promote a culture of safety, and implement best practices to safeguard our workforce and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for onshore wind projects.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Provide HSE training and support to project teams and contractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to HSE policies.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all project teams.
Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders regarding HSE matters.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to onshore wind projects.
Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE audits.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Uzbek and/or Russian is an advantage.
