About the Role:

As an HSE Advisor, you will be a vital part of the renewable energy developer's project team, responsible for advising and implementing robust health, safety, and environmental procedures on Offshore Wind Projects. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of safety and compliance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all operations adhere to industry regulations and best practices. Your expertise and dedication to HSE will contribute significantly to the successful execution of these renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental matters for Offshore Wind Projects.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.

• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance at all stages of the projects.

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to promote a safety-conscious work environment.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Monitor and report on HSE performance and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in the renewable energy or related industry.

• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the offshore wind sector.

• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.

• UK-based and available to commit to a 12-month contract.

• Contract Duration: 12 months

• Hourly Rate: £65 per hour

• Location: United Kingdom
