Job description

​Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources management for the Thailand factory.

  • Design and optimize organizational structure to support business objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Thai labor laws.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking.

  • Establish and maintain performance evaluation systems.

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for local and expatriate positions.

  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and career development programs.

  • Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain positive employee relations.

  • Ensure accurate HR record-keeping and generate management reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Fluency in Thai plus either Chinese or English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with HRIS or payroll software is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
