Job description
Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of human resources management for the Thailand factory.
Design and optimize organizational structure to support business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Thai labor laws.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking.
Establish and maintain performance evaluation systems.
Handle full-cycle recruitment for local and expatriate positions.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and career development programs.
Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure accurate HR record-keeping and generate management reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluency in Thai plus either Chinese or English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS or payroll software is preferred.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
