My client is leader in the execution of renewable energy projects, widely renowned as an expert in the offshore wind field. With a presence across the globe and a team of approximately 175 professionals, they play a pivotal role in advancing the renewable energy sector's growth.

Job Title: Health & Safety Manager – Offshore Wind Projects

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate Health & Safety activities for projects/tasks.

Acting as the single HSE point of contact on behalf of clients.

Actively participate in delivering HSE services to clients.

Promote proactive Health & Safety awareness within project teams and the organization.

Coordinate and lead the development of our Health & Safety Service area for clients.

Prepare and maintain tools for Health & Safety services.

Collaborate with the Director of HSEQ & Risk Management on strategic HSE planning.

Conduct HSE auditing, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and management systems.

Lead HSE workshops, training courses, and risk assessment studies.

Efficiently manage team resources to meet client requirements.

Push for a proactive Health & Safety culture throughout the organization.

Your profile :

10+ years of professional experience in a similar role within the renewable energy industry, particularly offshore wind

Demonstrable expertise in Health & Safety within the wider renewable energy sector.

A NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ Diploma in Health and Safety management.

In-depth knowledge of local and international renewable energy industry HSE standards

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence safety culture.

Proficiency in managing a small global team of HSE professionals.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
