THE ROLE:

My client is looking for candidates who demonstrate a commercial and technical mindset, pro-active attitude and organizational skills. The ability to communicate and cooperate across organizational borders is crucial for the successful candidate.

TASKS:


• Build business within the Energy industry for Operational Excellence services
• Contribute to build the operational excellence business for the bucsiness within the Energy industry
• Contribute to develop and improve operational excellence services within the Operations department 
• Lead and manage the people and competence in the section
• Develop business and services together with the operations department management team

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Deep understanding of the Energy industry
  • Profound experience with operational processes and control infrastructure in the Energy industry
  • Deep understanding of how do deliver and improve operational excellence
  • Relevant sales, consulting, and management experience
  • MBA/MSc or equivalent in Engineering or IT field
  • Degree/experience in Economics would be an additional asset
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Ability to inspire and develop people, motivation for managing people
  • Proven ability of leading collaboration across boundaries
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
