Overseeing our international sales team deployed across multiple countries.
Assisting in negotiations with clients and successfully cultivating a global EPC partner network.
Devising sales strategies aligned with budgeted goals and sustaining our IRR targets.
Evaluating and adapting company's market positioning, tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
Identifying potential untapped markets and making informed decisions regarding existing markets and their continuity.
Identifying future sales talents and expanding the team's capacity to secure a global leadership position.
Serving as a pivotal point of contact within the sales team for inquiries, while continually mentoring the team to augment their sales capabilities.
Collaborating with other company departments to enhance cross-functional synergy and processes.
Furnishing sales progress updates, target achievements, and forecasts to the C-Level executives.
Accumulating more than seven years of experience within the Renewable Energy sector, preferably in Solar PV.
Demonstrating a track record of successful sales accomplishments.
Possessing the ability to shoulder substantial responsibility, construct and optimize company's market positioning, and ensure project closures adhere to devised plans.
