Join us at a leading Wind Energy Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as the Head of PMO, overseeing a dynamic team across the APAC region and driving the successful execution of our projects.

As we expand our operations across the APAC region, we are seeking an accomplished Head of PMO to lead and inspire our Project Management Office.

Position Overview: As the Head of PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing project management processes, ensuring efficient project execution, and driving excellence across multiple offices in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Develop and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Report project performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven leadership experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team across multiple locations in the APAC region.

  • Legal authorization to work in the APAC region.
