​Green Recruitment Company are partnering with a Solar Energy Developer who are looking to continue their expansion across APAC with the addition of a Head of M&A, based in Singapore. You will work closely with the Investment team to originate, execute and structure investment opportunities in APAC.

Your role:

• Origination of new projects through market screening, evaluation of opportunities, financial modelling and preparation of internal memos.

• Lead on due diligence, coordination of external advisors, transaction documentation and presentations to Senior Management

• Expand your network to enhance deal flow directly from sellers or via third party consultants.

• Monitor and mentor the investment team.

Your profile:

• A Degree in finance or related fields with ideally 10 – 15 years of experience

• Good exposure to buy-side deals, ideally in Solar

• Skilled in leading transactions, negotiations, financial modelling and leading due diligence.

• Possess a detailed knowledge of local regulatory and legal frameworks within the renewables space

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be a Singapore citizen or have PR
