Job Title: Head of Energy and Performance Services

Providing strategic leadership to develop and execute the country strategy and business plan in alignment with the global & regional goals and objectives.
Managing the EPS country unit with full P&L responsibility.
Fostering a culture of high-performance, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement in a diverse and agile environment.
Implementing guidelines and define functional specific policies, processes, or methods to ensure compliance with Global & Regional strategy and go-to-market with full EPS portfolio.
Identifying new business opportunities and evaluate market trends to ensure a competitive edge as well as cooperation with other business units.
Responsibility for Sales Enablement and Sales Growth in order to achieve sustainable financial objectives and processes.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Accounts, Partners and external strategic groups such as Government Affairs / Trade Associations.
Providing leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals with direct line management of team managers, setting clear performance objectives and providing regular feedback to support professional development initiatives.
Representing the company externally towards customers and the broader public.
Ensuring Operational Excellence, overseeing successful delivery of Projects & Services, inclusive of adherence to relevant governance policies, quality standards, timelines and budgetary requirements.
Leading Business Performance Reviews, effectively communicating the visions, goals and progress.
Significant related experience including experience managing successful sales teams
Experience in managing a business P&L and multiple organisational units (sales, engineering, execution, etc.)
Extensive experience in project business preferably in building refurbishments, energy efficiency projects, onsite generation, and/or power generation
Experience in solution/business case sales on executive level (targeting customer CxO level)
Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, Engineering or others related field.
