Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management or project controls within the renewable energy industry, preferably with Solar PV projects.
Proven track record in successfully managing project costs, budgets, and financial controls.
Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques, project finance, and relevant regulations in China.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex cost data.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Proficient in cost management software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey cost-related information to diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
