Account Manager (Flexibility / Optimisation)
The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to be supporting one of the largest & fastest-growing energy suppliers in the industry.
As part of their success to date, the business seeks a Strategic Account Manager to join their Optimisation team. They are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual with strong B2B I&C experience to take lead in improving & growing the business.
Participation in the development of new products & offerings in what is a rapidly evolving.
Develop & maintain relationships at all levels across our strategic partner network.
Work closely with TPI's & external partners to ensure they are continually up to date with product offerings.
Work in a partnership with Commercial & Pricing team to enhance & evolve pricing models and customer prepositions for Flexible demand based on market demand.
Work closely with external & internal partners to ensure all commercial/ Sales opportunities are managed smoothly, in an efficient manner.
Regular visits to Partners & TPI’s for detailed account reviews & check in’s.
Participation in the design & implementation of ongoing process improvements & efficiencies relating to the Optimisation business stream.
Prepare & present Partner & TPI performance updates capturing current deal opportunity progression & future pipelines.
Knowledge of energy markets and revenue streams available via flexible demand
Technical knowledge of assets and operations able to provide demand flexibility
Knowledge of the range of customer products & services offered by suppliers, aggregators and TPI’s in this area
A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organisation
Confidence in problem solving and collaborating with different teams and organisations
Commercial awareness and understanding to develop business opportunities
Experience of leading pitches / presentations to a high standard
Experience using CRM to track deals
