The company is expanding its footprint in Thailand and is building a dedicated technical service team to support nationwide customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on product selection, purchases, and recommendations.

• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing with well-maintained displays.

• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock audits.

• Uphold company guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Aid the Store Manager in daily tasks and promotional activities.

• Address and resolve customer concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred).

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

• Strong command of Thai; basic English communication skills required.

• Approachable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

• Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
