​Finance Manager - Renewables

Location: London/Hybrid or remote

Salary: Up to £80,000+ bonus

Our client is an established leader in the investment space, committed to investing in both renewable energy developers and projects covering solar, wind and energy storage. The company has a reputation for high-quality service and is expected to continue growing in the coming years. They are now seeking to appoint a high calibre Chartered Accountant who will sit within the finance team working predominantly on forecasting, regular analysis of portfolios, and use of financial models. This is an exciting time to join an ambitious, fast-growing business and they are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the willingness to push forward new ideas.

Duties:

• High quality monthly and ad-hoc reporting to the wider team using BI and presentations.

• Taking ownership for year-end reporting including consolidation of various groups across the portfolio.

• Comprehensive understanding of how to use, update, and extract value from financial models.

• Preparation of statutory financial statements and liaising with auditors.

• Willing to assist with improving and implementing procedures for the finance team.

• Work closely with Asset Management team to ensure that forecasting and budgeting is accurate and regularly updated.

Experience:

• A qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA accountant with relevant experience in asset management.

• Exposure to renewable energy sector is desirable.
