Job description
TGRC is working with one of Europe's largest generators of renewable energy who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Support the Director in various aspects of daily work routine, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the Director, staff, and the public, handling phone calls, visitors, and inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
Coordinate projects and programs, provide administrative support for governance meetings, and assist in the development of presentations and white papers.
Prioritize and redirect matters as appropriate, keeping the Director informed of time-sensitive issues.
Perform a range of support duties, including handling office activities, correspondence, and document preparation.
Manage administrative tasks such as printing, filing, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
Furthermore, attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
Lastly, handle confidential information and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Experience:
Fluent in English, with Italian proficiency as a bonus.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with industry or technology team experience. Demonstrates sound judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Energetic and enthusiastic about taking on new projects.
Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and fostering productive relationships across the organization.
Possesses a resourceful, can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with three to five years of experience supporting senior executives or teams.
Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree is appreciated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possesses exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with high-profile industries is advantageous.
Lastly, demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills.
