Job description

​TGRC is working with one of Europe's largest generators of renewable energy who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in various aspects of daily work routine, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as a liaison between the Director, staff, and the public, handling phone calls, visitors, and inquiries with tact and diplomacy.

  • Coordinate projects and programs, provide administrative support for governance meetings, and assist in the development of presentations and white papers.

  • Prioritize and redirect matters as appropriate, keeping the Director informed of time-sensitive issues.

  • Perform a range of support duties, including handling office activities, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as printing, filing, expense reports, and meeting coordination.

  • Furthermore, attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.

  • Lastly, handle confidential information and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Experience:

  • Fluent in English, with Italian proficiency as a bonus.

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with industry or technology team experience. Demonstrates sound judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

  • Energetic and enthusiastic about taking on new projects.

  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and fostering productive relationships across the organization.

  • Possesses a resourceful, can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player with three to five years of experience supporting senior executives or teams.

  • Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree is appreciated.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possesses exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with high-profile industries is advantageous.

  • Lastly, demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills.
