Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II with a strong background in power systems to join their team. As a Hybrid Electrical Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects related to renewable energy generation and transmission. You will collaborate with other engineers and professionals to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems that are efficient, reliable, and safe.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and energy storage systems.

Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals to determine the feasibility of new projects.

Develop detailed electrical engineering designs, including schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.

Manage and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency.

Provide technical support to other engineers, technicians, and project managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

Understanding of low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems.

Experience in power systems design, analysis, and protection.

Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including wind turbines, solar panels, and energy storage systems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including NEC, NESC, and IEEE.
