​The Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking for experienced Senior Project Managers, focusing on Due Diligence for large-scale renewable energy projects (Solar PV, Onshore and Offshore Wind)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage advisory assignments for solar PV and wind projects, including due diligence for lenders, acquisitions, and vendors.

• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and establish internal delivery networks as needed.

• Ensure on-time, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.

• Provide ad-hoc technical input for projects at various stages.

• Conduct technical reviews of design documentation, contracts, and financial models.

• Author technical reports for clients, emphasizing attention to detail.

• Analyze complex information from diverse sources for project-level decision-making.

• Effectively communicate in Spanish and English, both written and verbally, to technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.

• Manage international projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

• Lead and present at meetings, influence stakeholders, and match resources to project roles.

• Be open to international travel if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Master's degree in engineering.

• Proven experience in project management of renewable energy projects.

• Motivated, adaptable, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to guide technical discussions.

• Comfortable working with global teams and in diverse locations.
