​Overview:

The Green Recruitment Company is happy to be partnering with our client, a growing renewable energy company, in seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, focusing mostly on wind energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new renewable energy project opportunities, including site selection, feasibility studies, and permitting.

• Develop and manage relationships with project partners, including investors, developers, and contractors.

• Lead project teams and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful project completion.

• Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for project improvements.

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and geothermal.

• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead project teams.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
