​Development Associate

TGRC is working with a newly formed Independent Power Producer and renewables developer focused on onshore wind, solar, and energy storage projects. The company is aiming to change the status quo of how clean energy is developed and financed to rapidly increase the speed of deployment and are planning to mature nearly 1 GW of capacity annually. Backed by EnCap’s Energy Transition team, the company has the strategic and capital backing to build, own, operate and trade products from their portfolio of renewable and energy storage assets.

As the Development Associate you will be responsible for supporting the Development department and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team involved in all stages of project development, from conception through start of construction, as well as M&A project diligence.

Your Profile:

• Strong working knowledge of GIS platforms and ability to manipulate GIS data as plus

• Detail oriented, multitask, experience working with multiple stakeholders and timelines

• Ability to formulate and recommend decisions with imperfect information.

• Project management, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Results driver and solutions oriented
