​Title: Deputy CEO - Solar PV

Location: EMEA (Remote)

As part of a recent acquisition of the company the client is transitioning towards a fully integrated IPP. The Deputy CEO will start with assisting the CEO to steer the development activities of the IPP, after which he/she will get acquainted with the operational and financial divisions of the company so that they can effectively manage the EPC and O&M parts of the business. The Deputy CEO will become the CEO of the company latest January 1st 2025.

The Individual:

• Experience in a leading role within a leading company of the PV industry. Expertise in PV EPC and O&M operations, plant design, project development and asset management, as well as finance and corporate governance

• Versed in company law and board governance, including ESG requirements

• Fluency in English

• During handover, frequent interaction with the CEO will be required.
