Job description

The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be partnered with one of the UK's most exciting CleanTech start-ups who are rapidly becoming leaders in the EV and Energy Storage space.

They seek a technically savvy Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be analytical and social, with excellent communication skills. They will be a proactive problem-solver, with an aptitude for learning and utilising new software. They should be able to engage with customers, create strategies and maximise value to grow the customer base.
 

The role will involve a range of responsibilities including:

  • Onboarding and training of clients and new customers
  • Maintaining customer relationships and networking
  • Provide insights on client-to-business interactions
  • Customer account management
  • Maintain feature backlog and creation
  • Produce innovative guidance on the portal and how it can be used
  • Work alongside design teams to address user feedback
  • Contribute to sales and implement success programs
  • Develop a long-term, end-to-end knowledge of the system
  • Maintain a high-level view of the customer support process
  • Collate and log user feedback from sessions
     

Required skills :

  • UX / UI experience and understanding of best market practices
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong customer service background
  • A confident trainer with experience pitching to groups of 10-20 people
     

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of EV Charging infrastructure
  • Atlassian suite knowledge
  • SaaS background
