Job title: Corporate Strategy Development Manager

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

TGRC is looking for a Corporate Strategy Development Manager to work alongside a green tech energy scale-up company, with big plans to disrupt the energy sector.

The Role:

Through continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Strategy & Development Manager. This dynamic, strategic-minded individual will join their team to support Internal Consulting, Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This team member will work closely with senior leaders across the company to identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable strategies, and drive implementation to enhance overall business performance. More, this individual will be a leading member of the M&A team where we determine whether inorganic strategy is the optimum approach: conducting market analysis, identifying industry trends, and leading both qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential acquisition candidates.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance plus professional qualifications e.g. ACA exams (desired)

  • Alternatively primary degree in technical, engineering, economics, or marketing fields with an MBA

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis, financial modelling, and performance measurement.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing actionable strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Project management experience with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial markets.

  • Knowledge of GAAP and experience in financial statement preparation.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence the decision-making process.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
