TGRC are working with a leading renewable energy company who develop, construct and manage a 1GW of Solar portfolio of PV projects globally. They are looking for a Control Room Team Leader to supervise the integration of PV projects into a centralised monitoring system and lead O&M monitoring activity.

ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, this role will be accountable for:

• Leading RFP and negotiations with Control Centre suppliers
• Managing internal team
• Detecting and implementing improvements in monitoring and Control Centre systems
• Leading and managing Control Centre team
• Identifying and supporting AM mangers necessities

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:

• +7 year of experience in similar roles (Monitoring Systems)
• PV Technology deep knowledge
• Big Data – IA – Chatbots deep knowledge
• Team management skills
• Project Management skills
• English language proficiency
