The Client:

The Green Recruitment Company are working with a leading energy supplier to assist in their search for a SME Pricing Analyst. With over 150 individuals, they are working together to make choosing cleaner energy, saving energy and reducing customer’s utility bills easier. They are looking for a Contract Analyst to help enhance their pricing and product functional expertise in the B2B market.

Job Purpose:

• Operating between sales, operations, and supply to offer structured energy products and services

Accountability/Key Responsibilities

• Attend Quality Assurance calibration sessions
• Action escalations from the frontline to resolution
• Complete quality assurance evaluations
• Support the Junior Analyst – Customer Experience team in daily tasks
• Gain and keep updated knowledge of regulatory obligations to support Customer Services

• Understanding of SQL/VBA or desire to learn
